Due to the pandemic, higher educational institutions transitioned to online education throughout the world quickly. In the midst of the pandemic, two different University’s graduate business students’ perspectives of online versus Face-to-Face education were compared for individual and program factors. One University was in Korea, and the other was in the United States. This research has implications for instructors and administrators in identifying shortcomings and highlighting the uniqueness of different practices around the world.
