Students of university business programs desire experiences that will prepare them for the everchanging demands of today’s workforce. Employers are desperately searching for qualified and skilled graduates to fill paramount job roles. Education in the classroom alone does not provide students with experiences that will cultivate the skills necessary for success in the labor force, leaving both recent graduates and employers disgruntled. This presentation explores case research of students involved in university clubs and organizations gaining leadership skills, cultivating self-driven spirits, exploring opportunities to be project managers, and becoming excellent collaborators. Solutions presented can be adopted through traditional, hybrid, and online modalities.
